At long last, a gluten-free, raw (93%), and vegan Glo Bar has hit Glo Bakery and will blow your taste buds away with this delicious banana bread flavour! This bar has been a year in the making, with over 23 trials, but we did it and we now have a 'liberating' gluten-free bar that we are proud of and hope you will enjoy too!

Liberate is very chewy, a little crunchy, a little soft, and has a flavour that is best described as biting into a delicious piece of banana bread. Because of the intricate drying process involved in making these delicious bars, each bar is a bit like a snowflake- unique in shape, size, form, and texture. The size of the bar is approx 4.5" x 2.25" x .25". The bars have a slightly larger surface area than traditional glo bars, but they are much more dense and because of this, less thick when compared to traditional Glo Bars.

Liberate is packed with so many exciting foods and nutrients we were almost at a loss for words when describing it!

• Chia seeds- packed with omega 3 healthy oils, antioxidants, fibre, protein, magnesium, calcium, vit C!

• Almonds- Omega 6 healthy fats, vitamin E, Vitamin B2, Vitamin K, Magnesium, etc

• Hemp seeds- Omega 3 + 6 healthy fats, high in protein

• Sunflower seeds- Antioxidants, omega 6 healthy fats, Vitamin B1, magnesium, etc

Liberate is just 241 calories per bar and it is packed with protein (8 grams), fibre (7 grams), potassium (305 mg), Omega-3 (2648 mg) and Omega-6 healthy fats (5064 mg)! Additionally, Liberate also packs in 10% of your daily Calcium needs, 13% of your daily iron needs,  13% of your daily B6 needs, 20% of your daily magnesium needs, and more.* This is one energizing and healthy bar that will have you buzzing along from work day to work out in no time. Please note that Glo Bakery is not a wheat-free facility, however we follow strict GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to minimize the potential for cross-contamination. All employees have been trained in safe food handling. Liberate Glo Bars are made exclusively on one day of the week when regular Glo Bars are not produced. Glo Bakery also uses separate containers, ingredients, utensils, bowls, and appliances that do not come into contact with wheat-containing ingredients. At this time, we do not test for the presence of allergens in our final products, so it is ultimately up to the consumers' discretion when purchasing. Raw Information:

Liberate Glo Bar contains 93% raw ingredients and is prepared at temperatures of 115 degrees Fahrenheit or less, which helps preserve enzymes and maintain the integrity of naturally occurring fats.

Liberate Glo bars are $2.99 CAD each with a minimum order of 9 bars per flavour (you can order in quantities of 9, 18, 27, etc). Please note that because each bar is dehydrated for a lengthy period of time, only a small quantity of Liberate bars will be available each week.
