Shipping Policy
Glo Bakery will gladly ship our products anywhere in Canada or the US. Our goal is to have your order shipped out within 14 days of placing your order, but delays may occur. Orders are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that the shipment date provided by Canada Post in the checkout does not reflect the date whe your package will actually ship. Please contact order@globakery.com if you wold like an estimate. Glo Bakery is not responsible for delayed packages (i.e., when going through customs) or lost packages or if the customer provides an incorrect mailng address.
Refund Policy
We want our customers happy and glo-ing! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, Glo Bakery will gladly refund your money for the product (not including shipping and taxes).
